We Love to Fly and it Shows

American Airlines is bringing back flight attendants, bookings exceeding expectations of recovery this quickly.

The airlines is cancelling leave for about 3,300 flight attendants and plans to hire another 800 by next March.

Those crews coming back from leave will be back at their posts before the holiday travel season kicks back in before Thanksgiving.

Delta announced earlier they anticipate hiring up to 5,000 new workers this year.

July 15 TSA reports 2.15 million passengers going through airport checkpoints, about 550,000 below were they were this time in 2019.

Last year in mid January a little over 700-thousand people flew.
