Early this morning (7-3-2021) street racing on the North Freeway near Highway 242 caused a 24 year old woman to be killed...and another was critically injured.
Texas Department of Public Safety says the drivers of two different Camaros crashed while racing. One Camaro was found upside down where the surviving passenger was taken to hospital in The Woodlands in critical condition.
The other car crossed the median and eventually crashed into a pine tree. The driver of the second vehicle was arrested for racing, causing death, and possible intoxication.
