Ted Segal is the new owner of Houston Dynamo, Houston Dash, and BBVA Stadium.
Segal is the founder and president of a New York City real estate development and financing company.
He's also a co-founder of an investment company that provides capital for businesses involved in sports, live entertainment, and media.
Segal is now the majority owner of the two Houston teams, and there are four other minority stakeholders.
Former Texans president Jamey Rootes is the new CEO of the two teams.
