Beginning today, Mattress Mack Peaches and Cream ice cream is available at the Red Circle Ice Cream location at 6838 Ranchester Road in Chinatown in Houston. It’s just off Bellaire just west of Gessner.
The ice cream flavor is honoring Jim “Mattress MacK” McIngvale, owner of Gallery Furniture, a philanthropic giant always helping the Houston community.
During the Covid lockdowns, Mattress Mack shared TV coverage and social media helping local small businesses survive. Among them was Red Circle Ice Cream, and now they’re paying the kindness back with a unique flavor.
Proceeds will be donated to the Houston Food Bank.
