As the crisis at the border continues, Texas Senators Ted Cruz and John Cornyn plan to visit this week.
Republicans continue to keep pressure on the Biden administration, which continues to downplay that there's any problem.
"We need to keep the pressure on, and I hope that some Democrats are honest enough and will come down and take a look for themselves" said Bob Price of Breitbart Texas.
Last week, White House press secretary Jen Psaki slipped and called it a crisis, before changing it to "a challenge."
Price says the Democrats are trying to downplay the border crisis because they're the ones responsible for it! "President Donald Trump put the solutions in place, and Joe Biden undermined, and eliminated them."
And even worse? The fact that Joe Biden won't even go to the border himself. "The optics of it are horrible" Price says. "Tourists with legal rights to come across the border can't shop in the United States right now, but we're encouraging these illegal immigrants to cross the border at will, and it's just going to continue to get worse."
Over 100,000 migrants came across last month. With even more expected as we approach what experts call the prime smuggling season. Definitely a crisis, not a challenge.
