Houston is about to be home to another energy company.
Expro Group and Frank's International announced plans to merge on Thursday this past week and put their operational headquarters in Houston.
Expro CEO Mark Jardon says the merger will help customers across the world and accelerate growth. Grank's CEO Mike Kearney says the merger will be extremely smooth because both companies have similar cultures and values.
The new company will keep the Expro name. The deal is expected to finalize later this year.
