Red states like Texas have started to push back against the Biden administration's executive orders.
But it's not just Texas, which has already sued over a deportation moratorium. Holly Hansen with The Texan says South Dakota is looking at a law that would fight overreach, too.
"They're going to take a look at every order to decide if it's constitutional," said Holly Hansen with The Texan.
The problem is, what Biden is doing is something that has gone on for a long time.
"Every time there's a change in administration this happens," Hansen stated.
But, she adds that this does not allow the checks and balances to work properly. That's why there are so many lawsuits, and so little done to help the American people.
