If you're head out for a Sunday drive it'll cost a bit more than last weekend's trip.
The Triple-A Texas Weekend Gas Watch says the statewide average gas price in Texas is $2.12 a gallon for regular unleaded.
That price is two-cents higher than a week ago, as prices continue rising, however it is 11-cents less than a year ago.
The national average is $2.40. The average price at the pump in Houston is $2.11 a gallon.
