Texans still can't buy hard liquor at Walmart after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a discrimination claim brought by the retail giant.
Under Texas state law, publicly traded companies such as Walmart can sell beer and wine, but not booze.
Texas is the only state in the nation that has such a law, and Walmart claims it's discriminatory.
Since the high court isn't interested, Walmart will have to prove its claim of intentional discrimination in a federal trial court.
