As President Trump seeks a hail-mary in court, the question is already being asked? What can or will he do on the way out? as a 'lame duck'? Longtime political analyst Allan Saxe told KTRH not much, "There's not much he can do, it's going to be very, very difficult. He still has a democratic house, and Nancy Pelosi to deal with. But he's done his stuff. Maybe he can try to deregulate a few industries? But he's done an amazing job at the already". But probably in the very near future, Saxe believes Trump will have one final word on the way out "I think he's going to lash out at some point at the corruption, and the criminality of the democratic party". Aside from that, and maybe a pardon or two, history has shown that 'lame duck' President's don't do too much.
