Obamacare is front and center in the campaign again

We hadn't heard a lot about Obamacare when it came to the 2020 campaign. And then all of a sudden it came back; with a vengeance.

Especially since the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and with an Obamacare case going to the Supreme Court next month. David Balat at the Texas Public Policy Foundation says the Democrats are lying when they say President Trump won't cover pre-existing conditions.

"People don't want to acknowledge that he has said that," Balat stated.

The problem, Balat says, is a failure for other Republicans to communicate.

"The one thing conservatives not done well is that they have not articulated the message the right way. That's where they are getting harmed," he explained.

If Republicans can get their message across they will be ahead on this issue.
