You've gotten used to working at home. You kind of like it now. But we are willing to bet your boss doesn't. And your company probably doesn't, either.
JP Morgan is just one of the companies that now says they have noticed that productivity isn't quite what it used to be. That does not surprise workplace culture expert Joshua Evans in the least.
"There's less commute. They get to be close to their families. Those things are great, but they also pull people away from work. And then there's the temptation of Netflix being just one button click away," Evans explained.
He also tells KTRH that working from home during COVID is causing you to miss out on things to help you get ahead.
"Working from home doesn't allow you to collaborate effectively," Evans stated.
Which is another reason why Evans says companies are starting to invest in larger office space to prepare for live after COVID.
