Texas and Louisiana are bracing for Hurricane Marco and Tropical Storm Laura .
Marco is expected to make landfall about 48 hours before Laura. The latest National Weather Service projection map (shown here) shows Texas is back in the bulls-eye.
According to the National Weather Service, Tropical Storm Laura could be a category 2 hurricane by the time it makes landfall on Wednesday.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared the 23 coastal Texas counties to be state disaster areas. The Governor adds Bexar County to the list because they could be sheltering evacuees.
