By the time the 2020 campaign is over the lawyers might be getting just as much attention as President Trump and Joe Biden.
This could be the most litigated election in American history. 154 suits have already been filed across 41 states and the District of Columbia. Hans von Spakovsky of the Heritage Foundation says he's never seen anything like it.
"I haven't. It's particularly concerning because it seems like folks are trying to take advantage of the health crisis we are facing," he said.
Catherine Enegelbrecht from True the Vote told Breitbart that most of these suits are over voting by mail. She says mail in voting is engineered chaos.
"Operatives are buying lists and casting the widest net that they can," Engelbrecht stated.
