Trump administration expected to take next step on DACA this week

The Trump administration is expected to once again file and try to end DACA this week.

The Administration was forced to refile after the Supreme Court and Chief Justice John Roberts said the President didn't give a proper justification for ending the program. Bob Price of Breitbart explains what has to happen now.

"They have to lay out why this is important, and why the initial action by President Obama was unconstitutional in and of itself," Price said.

The question is whether or not Roberts will sign off on looking at the issue again.

"If the government lays out its case properly, it would be pretty hard for them not to look at it again," Price explained.

But Price also says Congress failed by not moving on this years ago, calling DACA an illegal act by an overreaching President in Barack Obama.
