The U.S. Postal Service ranks Houston number-one in the nation when it comes to dog attacks on mail carriers.
In 2019, there were 85 reported dog attacks on postal deliverers.
The only other Texas city on the list is Dallas at number five, with 51 recorded attacks.
Texas ranks second on the postal dog-bite list, with a total of 491 dog attacks across the state.
As the video below shows, it's not a new problem in Houston.
