Matthew McConaughey is delivering more than one-hundred-thousand masks to rural Texas hospitals.
The masks were donated by car company Lincoln Motors who the actor has partnered with in advertisements.
McConaughey released an ad earlier this month urging all Americans to wear masks which is in-line with Governor Greg Abbott's strong recommendation.
The mask delivery comes at a time when healthcare workers are struggling with PPE shortages despite Texas-based mask maker Prestige Ameritech's increased production of two-million masks a month.
