Houston Native Ed Oliver Arrested in Montgomery County

Buffalo Bills Defensive Lineman Ed Oliver was arrested overnight on Highway 242 in Montgomery County. He was charged with DWI and another county of Unlawfully carrying a weapon. Houston is Oliver's home town. He played for the University of Houston and took home the trophy that goes to the top interior lineman in all of college football. Oliver was the first Sophomore to win the award.

He is 22 years old and was stopped by officers who were alerted to his reckless driving by a 911 call. When officer approached him, he had an open beer between his legs.and a pistol was also found in his car.
