Governor Abbott allows more retail to begin to open

Governor Greg Abbott will let the stay at home order over coronavirus expire on April 30th. He announced the decision today while also noting the peak in coronavirus cases is in the past and there will soon be more recoveries than active cases. He still encouraged people practice social distancing. Abbott says it's now time for Texas to start opening for business but on a phased basis. Retailers were able to start offering retail to go last Friday.
