The way the mainstream media is covering the coronavirus outbreak is no different from the way they have covered President Trump for the last five years.
It's all doom and gloom. If you watch them, it seems like there's no hope. Dan Gainor at the Media Research Center says it follows the pattern we've seen throughout the Trump presidency.
"The left and the media have put all their chips in on lots of Americans getting sick and the economy going in the toilet," Gainor said.
And to make it worse, he says the media is playing the blame game when they should be trying to save lives.
"The press criticizes the President for trying to lay blame at the feet of the Chinese, who lied about this for weeks," Gainor explained adding that this is why trust in the mainstream media is as low as it is.
