Gallery Furniture owner Jim McIngvale is doing it again; giving back to his community. This time, he needs your help.
Mattress Mack is asking Houstonians to help homebound elderly residents during the coronavirus outbreak. Mack has announced a drive to collect food and supplies for low-income families and seniors.
Houstonians have already donated toiletries, cleaning supplies, and more than ten-thousand non-perishable food items. Mack wants keep it coming, telling Houston's Morning News he needs more than just the items.
"We need volunteers to drive out and leave these packages on the seniors' doorstep, and call them to let them know it's there. Tremendous response so far, and we're looking for more people because the need is out there," Mack said.
People can drop off donations at any Gallery Furniture store.
