3 pm Houston Coronavirus Update

For the first time in 119 years, Governor Abbott has issued a public health declaration, limiting gatherings to ten people and shutting all bars and restaurants at midnight tomorrow, encouraging drive thru and delivery options. Schools statewide are closed through April 3. Visitors aren't allowed at nursing homes, retirement or long term care facilities. The declaration is set to expire on April 3.

70% of container cargo that flows through the Port of Houston is stopped, the Barbours Cut and Bayport terminals closing last night after a truck driver tested positive.

A fourth Texan has died. A Dallas county man in his 60's tested positive after he was found dead in his home.

In Dallas, Parkland Hospital is not allowing visitors effective immediately.

The Rolling Stones are cancelling the North American *No Filters Tour,* including a May 28 date at NRG Stadium. Ticket holders are advised to keep them and await further news on rescheduling.
