Exercise Makes You Happier Than Money


There is nothing that gets the blood pumping like the thought of more money.Who doesn’t want more money?

Two recent studies by Oxford and Yale published in Lancet find exercise is a faster route to a happy life than more money.It’s the mental health that comes with exercise that produces the improved quality.

The judgement applied was self-reported mental health by people who exercised regularly and people who did not. Looking at records of more than one million people, those who engaged in regular exercise reported 35 days of poor mental health yearly, as opposed to sedentary people who said they had 53 down days.
