After being charged last week of indecency with a child former Kashmere Gardens Elementary School teacher 46 year old Raymon Williams was jailed Saturday .The charge originates from a January 2019 incident where girl students told their principal that the fourth-grade teacher had “touched them and made them feel uncomfortable,” according to court documents.
Allegedly, in front of other students, Williams touched one student, who was 10, on her shoulder and then onto her inner thigh multiple times. He followed that up by rubbing between her legs and then “rubbed over his crotch area” still in front of other students.
Prosecutors say Williams poses a risk to the community and are seeking bond of at least $30,000,
