If you have wanted to get your pet tomcat neutered and just couldn't afford it, The Houston Humane Society is coming to your rescue on February 19th. On that day they are neutering 1000 Male Cats for Free. You must make an appointment, you can bring in a total of 5 cats, and both household pets ferals will be accepted.
