President Trump is celebrating a court ruling that will allow his administration to use Defense Department funds to continue building the border wall.
He tweeted the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling gives him the go- ahead to build one of the largest sections of a desperately needed border wall.
The court granted a stay of a Texas judge's order.
The ruling allows Trump to use up to three-point-six billion dollars for eleven wall projects.
