Has it been a good year for you so far?!?!? Well... 2020 hasn't started off too sell for some folks in Harris County. Precinct 3 deputies, through many of their initiatives, have already charged 50 people with Driving While Intoxicated over the holidays. Through Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Driving While Intoxicated Task Force charged 50 drivers with DWI and had an additional six charges for assault on a police officer, unlawfully carrying a weapon, retaliation and possession of a controlled substance.
