Flu season is just starting to seriously ramp up here and and the Houston Health Department is encouraging you, your friends, coworkers and your family to get a flu shot. A spokesperson for the Houston Health Department reminds you that the flu is very unpredictable and the vaccine will increase your chances of not contracting the virus, or making the symptoms milder for you.
