Saturday night (12-7-2019), Houston Police Sgt, Christopher Brewster, was killed in the line of duty while responding to a domestic violence call. Although he had been shot multiple times, Brewster was still able to give a description of his shooter to his fellow officers. The identification led to a timely capture of the suspect, who has plead guilty to the murder.
