At a Katy house party, just before midnight last night (11-30-19) deputies say 18 year old Briana Hernandez and her 20 year old boyfriend were shot by her younger brother. He shot them with a shot gun. Hernandez is in the hospital and her boyfriend is dead. Her 14 year old brother is in custody. Officials say the party got out of hand and there were at least ten adults attending.
The home owners were out of the country at the time of last night's party.
