38-year-old Logan Pickett is out on bond after a late night hearing in Harris County Saturday.
The Liberty County District Attorney is required to stay away from his wife pending a trial on charges of domestic assault.
His wife told staff in the lobby of the downtown Houston Westin Hotel Saturday morning that a bleeding head wound was caused by her husband during an argument. She initially refused treatment but was given three stitches by EMT’s after an ambulance was called. She had also refused to call police. The clerk notified authorities.
Pickett was charged with assault of a family member and released on $1,000 bond.
The couple has three children.
