Most say they are stressed out over 2020

If you say that you are stressed out by the 2020 election, you are far from being the only one. Trust us.

The annual 'Stress in America' survey from the American Psychological Association says 56% of adults say 2020 was a significant stressor. UTMB's Jeff Temple isn't surprised.

"It is a real stressor. People are scared on both sides of the aisle," Temple said.

Temple says part of the stress is that we want to live our lives the way we did before politics was an all consuming thing.

"I think we want to get back to living our lives, and some of the stress is hoping the election will resolve that," Temple explained.

Here's the good news. If you're a Republican you are less stressed out over 2020 than Democrats. The left is more stressed by a 25% margin.
