What Does the Future Hold?

In antiquity they were sometimes called clairvoyant, or psychic, or soothsayers, or oracles, or prophets. There have always been people who said they could predict the future, and today it is a profession. Dr. Thomas Frey is a Futurist by profession, and has made predictions of what may happen by 2030. Some of his forecasts could prove true. Some probably won’t. Care to guess?

1. By 2030 over 80% of all doctor visits will have been replaced by automated exams.

2. By 2030 over 90% of all restaurants will use some form of a 3D food printer in their meal preparations.
