On Friday, November 1, United Parcel Service is holding four job fairs in Houston looking for more than 2,515 season workers as the delivery company gears up for the holiday season.Take a resume as they’ll be looking to hire on the spot for drivers, drivers helpers and package handlers.The locations are:

The hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.The company is also accepting applications online.
UPS is looking to hire 50,000 employees in one day in their national blitz to fill vacancies and anticipated needs.
According to the UPS press release:
"Seasonal positions at UPS are frequently a foot in the door to a full-time position – and for many (including the company’s CEO), to a great career. Over the last three years, 35 percent of the people UPS hired for seasonal package handler jobs were later hired in a permanent position when the holidays were over. In fact, 128,000 UPS employees established their careers at the company after starting as seasonal employees – that’s roughly one-third of the company’s U.S. workforce."
