GOP base looks a lot different than it did before

The makeup of the Democratic and Republican parties have changed in a big way over the last fifty year.

That change has been even bigger over the last ten years. Working class voters are flocking to the GOP while the Democrats represent the wealthiest of the wealthy. Political analyst Chris Begala isn't surprised.

"The Democrats and their leaders have done nothing but ridicule and attack average, everyday Americans," Begala stated, adding that in 2020, he expects the working class to vote for the guy that's helped their bottom line; Donald Trump.

"People are doing better than they were doing three and four years ago. The economy is humming," Begala stated.

Research from the Wall Street Journal says that Republicans as of 2018 do not represent a single section of the wealthiest economic output districts.
