This morning, not long after midnight, a caring citizen found a 3 year old boy walking on Spring Cypress at Village Creek Trail. Deputies began looking for his parents immediately, but never found them. There were also no reports of a missing child in the area. The boy is wearing a black Batman T-shirt and black sweat pants. He is Hispanic and has dark eyes and short black hair.
