Astros now a win away from the World Series

The Astros are now just one victory away from making their second World Series in three years.

Zack Greinke have up an early run, but three run homers from George Springer and Carlos Correa took care of that, and the bullpen made it hold up in an 8 to 3 win over the New York Yankees in Game Four of the American League Championship Series last night.

Springer's home run erased the early deficit for the Yankees, and the Houston bullpen made it stand up with Ryan Pressly getting the win.

The Astros lead the best of seven series three games to one, and fans told our sister station Sports Talk 790 on the Tenth Inning Show they think the series is over.

"We own them. Josh Reddick has three sons now. He has the two twins he just had, and he's got the Yankees.

The Astros go for the pennant tonight with Justin Verlander on the mound. First pitch is after 6pm, and pre-game coverage starts at 4 o'clock this afternoon on Sports Talk 790.
