Up until this morning, New Orleans was building a Hard Rock Hotel on Canal Street. Then this morning saw a horrible construction collapse at that site. A huge portion of the large building actually fell onto the street. At least 1 person is dead and 3 people are missing after a large portion of the hotel collapsed. Many are injured. Emergency responders, Homeland Security and other local, state and federal authorities are on-hand now.
