Yesterday Girl Scout Troop 25351 finished delivering stuffed animals to Harris County Family Court Judge Clinton Chip Wells. It was a part of an ongoing toy drive for foster children. They got in the elevator the doors closed...and they were stuck---for 3 hours. Elevator technicians were unsuccessful...so finally firefighters were summoned (911) and were able to rescue the group..No one was injured during the incident. Maybe it was a hidden "Character Building Exercise."
