Fitness tracker apps are very popular, but some people maybe using them for all the wrong reasons!
Dr. Elizabeth Thomas, with Diamond Physicians says. "If you're constantly checking your fitness app and are obsessed with improving your appearance, then you may need to re-evaluate your intentions."
She says, "If you're skipping meals because you want to get in more steps or feel anxious because you don't have your tracker app on... then you're probably going overboard."
