Today is Owl Fest 2019.
The free events for fans starts at 11 on the concourse of Rice Stadium as the Owls host an open scrimmage followed by an autograph session. Gates open at 10 with parking in the Greenbriar Lot on the stadium’s west side.
Members of the Football, soccer and volleyball teams will be on hand.
A selfie with Sammy the Owl is a must-have, or you can stop by the Shop Rice Owls shop for logo merchandise.
The Owl Kidz Zone features a ball toss inflatable, sidewalk chalk, and face painting.
The day’s events culminate in Starlight Movie Night with a free showing of Incredibles 2. The gates will open at 7:30 and the movie starts at 8. You’re welcome to bring your own blanket and food.
