An apparent trailer theft led to a crash and machete attack in east Harris County this morning.
Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene on the 13400 block of Crosby Lynchburg Road after they got reports of two men involved in a physical altercation in the roadway.
According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, there was an altercation between the two men who stole the trailer after the victim chased them. That led to the attack with the machete.
Life Flight has been called to the scene.
