HPD has named a person of interest in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred earlier this summer on the southwest side of Houston.
Police would like to talk to Alfredo Lucero-Serrano about what transpired the night of June 16th when Cruz Rubio-Reyes was killed.
Rubio-Reyes was shot multiple times in a parking lot along Bissonnett near Synott following a fight. If you have any information, please call the Houston Police Department.
