The renewable energy fad has been growing in the last decade, with more and more states getting on the solar and wind train. But as time has progressed, disasters have hit and demand has spiked, the reality of the situation is crashing down on the renewable crowd, which means it is crashing down on the Democrats as well.

More and more data comes out every month proving that wind energy especially is nothing more than a sham and money pit that hurts the environment more than it helps. Solar energy has a place in the future, but it still has some hiccups to overcome like storage, technology adaptation and extreme temperatures in places like California or Texas. They are also finding they lack infrastructure for the idea and also have an aging current infrastructure to address.

So, in typical Democrat fashion, many are beginning to reverse their push on renewable energy. For years they have said this is the only solution or we will all die within ten years. Now, they are retreating because they are being faced with fact.

Amanda Head of Just the News says their incessant push for renewable energy, while ostracizing nuclear energy, has hurt their case.

"If more Democrats were a bit more on board with nuclear, renewable energy could be a much larger piece of the pie," she says.

People have demonized nuclear energy based off two major nuclear accidents over the court of 50 years. When in fact it is the cleanest and safest form of energy we can possibly have. Yet, it is ruled out almost immediately by people. Coming to the table on that could make out energy sector as a whole more profitable and reliable.

In recent hearings as well, Democrats used climate buzzwords far less often than they did under the Biden Administration. Part of that is President Trump cracking down on the climate activism nonsense. But part is just realizing their ideology is drowned in delusion.

But it is also facing death by facts.

"A reusable tote bag has to be reused 131 times before it has a smaller carbon footprint than a plastic bag used only once," says Head.

The 100-percent renewable push has been dying under President Trump, but it still has its kickers. But the ones remaining are still failing to realize the movement is just eating itself alive.

"Reusable bags are made in China...disposable bags are recyclable...the plastic bags are less than one percent of global litter," Head says. "When you have stats like that, which embody everything their movement is about, you start to figure out maybe it is a con."

The renewable kick is a dying one in the country now, but it does still have a place in the future. Solar energy will certainly have a place, as it is the one form of reliable renewable energy on the market. But changes will need to be made to make it truly viable.
