President Trump promised a wall. Some say he’s delivered, and some say he hasn’t.
It all depends on who you ask. Anna Giaritelli with the Washington Examiner tells KTRH what she found was not what was promised.
“No part of the 1,954 mile southern border has new barrier,” she said.
Dale Wilcox with the Immigration Law Reform Institute disagrees.
“He’s prioritized replacing the fence that was dilapidated and ineffective in 52 miles of fencing,” Wilcox explained.
Wilcox says replacement fence is new fence, and says Trump's supporters will still be there in 2020.
“I think the American people can see through this charade. They can see that those opposing him are the reason more of the all has not been built,” Wilcox stated, adding that Trump’s base blames Congressional Democrats for the current situation.
