Two years after he passed away following a battle with cancer, the Matt Patrick Memorial Foundation will honor his memory.
The Foundation will hold what Matt’s wife Paula Patrick calls a ‘Benefit Shindig’ and ‘Sandbox Reunion’ at Republic Country Club in Stafford tomorrow night.
“We are established to help other families who have gone through cancer and have lost a loved one and might find themselves now in a struggle,” Paula told KTRH.
She says the whole idea behind the foundation is to give back to the community Matt loved so much.
“He helped so many people while he was here. We want to continue doing the great work that he started. We are so excited to see all of our friends from The Matt Patrick Show and Houston’s Morning News on KTRH,” Paula explained.
The doors open up tomorrow night at six o’clock.
