Charming Charlie filed for bankruptcy for the second time and plans to close all of their 261 store locations.
Houston-based retailer filed Chapter 11 back in 2017 closing 100 stores. This time more than 3,000 employees are at risk of losing their jobs without receiving severance.
The chain known for their colorful jewelry and handbags, has not yet announced the official date the 12 Houston area locations will close their doors for good.
