In a Breitbart column, author John Nolte cites a recent article published in the The Grey Lady as calling for a ban on air-conditioning, which would pretty much bring the South to a grinding halt for half the year.
It notes a study published in Nature.com that found offices set their thermostats based on the comfort level of men in suits, which often leaves women shivering in sweaters during summertime.
