Buzbee offers reward regarding defaced signs

Tony Buzbee is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the person or persons responsible for defacing approximately 20 campaign signs with swastikas.

In response to these acts of vandalism, Buzbee stated:

“The defacement of our campaign signs with swastikas is unacceptable. I am a Recon Marine. I wore the uniform to allow all forms of speech—but not hate speech. I will not tolerate discrimination of any type. This conduct is more a reflection on those committing these acts than on our campaign. We won’t be deterred or discouraged. We will replace the signs and move forward to positively change this great city. Finally, to those who have nothing better to do but spray paint campaign signs, I would say this: Get a job, or find something constructive to do with your time. If you really want your voice heard, go to the polls and vote on November 5th.”
