Charles Butt has risen to Number 2 in Glassdoor's Top CEO rankings for 2019. Last year he was number 7!
According to a press release, it is due to his success leading H-E-B to world-class store status with one of the most successful private label programs in the U.S. Charles Butt, who succeeded his father as company President, has helped build H-E-B into a Texas-based retail powerhouse, operating more than 400 stores with annual sales over $26 billion.
